Barret is now, after completing four plumbing jobs in our home, our "go to" plumbing professional. From a simple job to a few complicated installations, Barret has come through for us every time with his friendly personna, his clean work, and very fair prices. I called Barret when my Combi unit we t out and I had no heat or hot water. He had helped me on a couple of smaller emergencies and he was able to come by the same day and work an estimate out. He started the following day on a full replacement install in a very confined space. He and Anthony worked diligently to have everything installed and working before the weekend. Could not recommend Barret any stronger. His attention to detail, explanation of the components and customized design fit the space perfectly. My Furnace stopped working around 4:30pm on Friday. I called several plumbers trying to get someone to show up that night but the plumbers that answered said they could not come out until the next day. When I got hold of Barret, he said he would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the furnace, It was nice to find an honest guy that is willing to show up when you need service. I found Barret to be very knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. I would definitely recommend Barret and will be using his services again.Tom

Barret replaced our boiler with a high efficiency boiler and indirect hot water heater. The job was scheduled in a timely fashion and he completed the work quickly. He left the job site cleaner than it was before he started. He responded quickly to our calls and has been very easy to work with. I'm sure we will be calling on him for other plumbing work.

Barret replace all my old water piping with pex along with the fittings, also flushed my tankless water heating system to fix my hot water issue. Barret showed up on time and communicated with me very well and is very professional with his work, highly recommended.

I contacted Barret for a few reasons. I had a clog somewhere that turned into an increasingly big problem, and I also want to make a half bath/ laundry room off my kitchen. The backup in the kitchen turned into an urgent job, so Barret showed up that same day and took care of the problem, so I could use my sink and dishwasher. He was smart, capable, extremely nice, and did not charge me an arm and a leg. He will be working on my laundry room project as soon as I am ready to go on it! Thank you, Barret!!!

Wow! Exceptional service from Barret today! He immediately responded to our request, which was really surprising because I am still awaiting a return call from another plumber who we left a message for days before I contacted Barret. Barret was very professional and courteous. He called beforehand and arrived within the time frame given. Explained everything he was going to do for the job. Barret Phelan installed a propane tankless water heater in our home. Barret did an outstanding job. I was extremely satisfied with his service. He was very professional and very informative. Even the city inspector was impressed with the installation. I will definitely use Barret again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Great experience, and very professional. I sent some pictures ahead of time to give Barret an idea. He had all the parts ready and took care of a couple of extra small items while he was here. Gave me an estimate, but couldn't give me the exact price until he was complete. However, he completed everything with great quality and cleaned everything up nicely. Gave a 1 year workmanship warranty on top of any parts warranty. I would highly recommend Barret.
