I had to hound him to return my calls. Then when he was finished surveying my lot he asked for a higher price than he quoted over the phone. When I questioned this he grunted and rolled his eyes. When I asked why it was more expensive he could not explain why. Lastly, he delivered the survey 4 days after he said he would. I was not impressed. Very unprofessional.

They saved me from having to buy very expensive flood insurance. I knew we weren't in a flood zone but since FEMA really didn't survey my area they just put a blanket code over us. I wish I could make THEM prove to me that I'm in a flood zone.
