They are a family owned business, the owners ae on site and work on the trees with their other team workers. They are honest, reputable, clean up great, and overall did an excellent job. I spoke to other tree services who told me to Top out the trees, cut them straight across. Then I heard that the tree would look awful this way, and grow back with a heavy top. John & Randy were honest and took their time cutting down the trees and shaping them. They really look beautiful. Just remember you get what you pay for. You want your trees to live, look nice and grown in nicely if you are keeping them as I decided to do. I was fearful about this coming Winter as I heard it is going to be a cold and snowy one, and did not want any problems with any of the trees falling. They also checked out the health of the trees.

The agreement was to remove 4 tress to ground, one had chain link fence intertwined in the stump, the agreement was for 4 trees to totally removed, under the circumstances....they should have taken a portion off the amount I paid. the agreement was not as it was written, it was no one's fault but the age of the tree have this issue, nothing was offered to discount at any point, I had to call the next business day and ASK why the tree was as it was left and was told ONLY because I called...............to say the very least I will be looking for someone else come fall to clean up other trees on my property. The person I spoke to after going through this site also said next time to call directly as it saves them $20.00. Found that to be quite tacky.
