"I apologize we weren't more specific when relaying our pricing to you. We have a minimum charge for repairs starting at $150 and $200 for steeper roofs, which is a 7/12 pitch or greater. We understand that this price may seem steep for minor repairs but there's significant liability that goes along with this job, and it included materials and labor as well. We value you as a customer and take pride in our customer service and hope you would give us another chance to give you the best price possible on a future project!"
