Professional, timely, experienced and would highly recommend. Bill spent the time going with us and giving suggestions about our different bathroom options. He also provided us with lower cost options should we go that route. My vanity, due to shipping delays, hadnâ t come in and he built me a temporary vanity/sink to use in the meantime. The Master Bathroom looks beautiful.

Bill and his partner Alan did an excellent job remodeling our master and guest bathrooms at a very reasonable price. They were incredibly easy to work with from the day that Bill came out to provide an estimate through the completion of the project. Upon arrival at our home each day, Bill would walk me through everything he and Alan intended to accomplish. He always asked questions about the details of each project to ensure I was happy with every aspect of the job. There were absolutely no surprises. Our master bathroom was in really bad shape before the renovation; we had tiles beginning to shift off the walls of the shower because the builder had taken a short-cut, placing tiles directly on standard drywall. This had allowed moisture to seep behind the tiles. When renovating our bathroom, Bill took no such short-cuts. Our bathroom now has a complete Schluter system. Not only does the tile job look fantastic, we also no longer have to worry about mold developing in our bathrooms. Once our master bathroom was complete, we were so happy with the work that we decided to renovate our guest bathroom as well. I selected hexagon tiles for the flooring, which are more complicated to install than square or rectangular tiles. Again, Bill and Alan did an amazing job; the tiles are level and the grout lines are uniform. TL;DR - Excellent craftsmanship at a great value. No compromises on quality of work. 

Bill and Alan were a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and flexible with scheduling. The results speak for themselves on their skill, and I appreciate the professionalism with which they handled the initial planning and completion of the job. Their recommendation for the better solution, instead of just the most expensive solution saved me a ton compared to other contractors.

Stay away from this company. This company installed a bathroom and told us we were getting a Schluter System instead he installed dry wall behind the shower walls. The tile in the bathroom was so poorly installed, we fired this company and had to hire another company to come in an re tile the master bathroom. When they took off the tile, the new company took pictures to document that dry wall was installed under the shower tile instead of the Schulter System we paid for. All their work was shoddy. The drain was not in alignment. Caulking was terrible. We had to have a plumber out to fix the two toilets they installed. I cannot say enough bad news about this company. The floors they tiled were uneven and put down incorrectly. I feel sorry for the customers who have dry wall behind their tile and will have it rot out in no time. Bill installed the wrong quartz countertop in the half bath. Very unorganized, always looking for a way to cut corners to say money. I only gave a 0.5 rating because the system wouldn't let me rate them as ZERO, exactly what they were. Bill talks a good story, then when you find out what he does when he thinks you are not looking. When he knew what he had done, he never offered to refund the full price of the bathroom he wrecked. Came away from this experience thinking all contractors operate in this fashion. Found out that was not true. I forgot to add that he cut the copper for the plumbing in the shower too short for the shower heads he installed. Had to hire a plumber to fix that mess too.

The project was completed pretty close to the amount of time we were told it would take. Bill had a pretty good idea of what it would take to do the job. The flooring at one end of the master bath was 1/2 in out of level and the other end was 1/4 in out of level, which couldn't be known before the project began. He and Al were delayed by what had to be done to level the floor so they could proceed with the conversion of a bath/shower to step in shower only. The quality of materials used was excellent. Bill and Al both take pride in doing excellent work and are true craftsman.. We are left with having to install a new blind over MB window, and we were not able to use the original mirror we had in master bath. This is delaying our use of the bathroom for about 1 1/2 weeks waiting for a new mirror to be cut and blind installed. Poor construction by the original builder 30 yrs ago is to blame for the problems we have had to correct.

Barron Custom Interiors did an excellent job remodeling our kids' bathroom. It was transformed from a little kids bath to a sophisticated retreat. They do excellent work with an affordable price as well. Bill truly means it when he says he's not happy unless the customer is happy, and it shows.

We hired Bill and Al to update our small bath as part of the home remodel before we were putting it up for sale. Bill gave us a great quote and finished the job as he said, without skimping on the materials (infact he used high end accessories at every step when he could have easily used some other less expensive materials). He personally drove me around and helped us picked the tile, vanity, flooring to use. Overall Bill and Al did a great job and are a nice team. They should be in the top 2-3 of your list if you are considering any bath/kitchen upgrades, especially if you don't want to deal with larger design-and-build shops. My only regret is not using them for our kitchen project as well where we could have saved some money as well. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Barron Custom Interiors mirrors that of others who have commented here. Bill quoted us a fair and affordable price to renovate two bathrooms. He and his employee, Al, are prompt, responsible, and a pleasure to work with. Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to them and they will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done to perfection. Bill gave us a daily progress report and when decisions had to be made, he provided us with alternatives to consider and sage advice. He accompanied us to bathroom supply outlets where he provided helpful insights as to what would work best in our situation from a functional standpoint and assisted us in dealing with the suppliers. Bill also did not charge for unexpected extra work. When he found a leaky pipe in a hard to access location that did not directly bear on the work being done and that involved considerable work to fix, we were not charged extra for the repair. Our bathrooms were finished within the time frame we were given, they look outstanding, and we would recommend Barron Custom Interiors without reservation to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom.

Ceramic tile plus glass tile accent strip plus glass door per Bill's recommendation. For 5 - 10 minutes a day, we now feel like we are on vacation when we take a shower. That's a great feeling to have in our own home. Thanks, Bill!

Prior to the start of the project, Bill took time to meet us at different bathroom-supplier stores in order to provide his professional insights for what was functional, while we selected materials based on our aesthetics. Once Bill, and his very capable co-worker Al started the project, most everything went like clockwork. Where things didn't go right, for example, a supplier sent the wrong cabinet, Bill never relented, and strongly insisted to the supplier that even though what was originally provided met the requirement, it wasn't what we ordered, so back it went. Bill's and Al's craftsmanship is equal to or better than anyone else you might be considering to hire, and your costs will be significantly lower. Save yourself the time, and hire him to do the job. As others have said, Bill makes it a top priority to deliver, and satisfy his customer. I would not hesitate a second to hire him for any other remodeling project. We couldn't be more pleased with him, his more-than-capable skills, and our sparkling-new bathroom.

Affordable, quality work, great to work with and he went above and beyond - adding in little updates that I had not considered. What I liked and appreciated most was that Mr. Barron quoted a price and that was exactly how much it cost.

Bill Barron has done a number of projects for us. The largest was our master bathroom remodel. He has also remodeled our laundry room, as well as other smaller projects. His prices are very fair, and the quality of the work is excellent. What sets Bill apart, in my mind, is his level of communication. He shows up when he says he will show up, and he finishes when he says he will. He's very transparent about how he gets to his pricing. If there are any issues or delays, he's up front about it, which I appreciate immensely. We've enjoyed working with Bill (and his assistant, Al) over and over in the last few years, and have recommended him to a number of our friends. They have also been very happy with his work, and thanked us for letting them know about Bill.

Bill has done two major projects for us as well as some smaller repairs. He finished our basement several years ago and he did major repairs for us on an otherwise unsaleable second home. His work is thorough and well done, he meets deadlines and his pricing is very reasonable. All in all, a pleasure.
