We called Barry, he answered his phone (not a secretary). We told him that we wanted a licensed plumber, explained what we needed. At 1st, we didn t think he could help us but then he started talking about his experience with a customer & sounded like he knew what he was talking about & we decided to give him a try with his camera. He was less than the other Roto Rooter s estimate. And he accepted credit cards & was over to our house within minutes. We are glad that we got another estimate. He had a good camera. We got his business card & will use him in the future if we need a plumber.
