Barry was true to his word about his arrival and what work he would do on our deck. Gave us a very fair price. He was most pleasant to have around.

I chose this contractor based on his home advisor rating, and this was my first time using it. The work was less than quality, disappointing, and stressful to say the least. I ultimately ended up hiring someone else, not of this site, to come and correct the job, putting me way over budget and adding a great deal of stress. My goal for the project was to bring up my homeâ s curb appeal. My home was not bad before the work, it just needs some minor repairs - a rail reattached and some new batons (spelling). The cost quoted ($450) was way high for the job but I decided to move forward with the hope that the project would turn out great. I was wrong! Sloppy sloppy work. I could have done a better job. The paint was everywhere, drips on my walkway and bricks (noticeable), grey paint running on my white paint, and it was not even full paint job needed, just touch up from the repairs. 3 stars given for customer service only because he was nice and on time, and because he came another day to try to correct the botch job - but only managed to make things worse. The caulk work looked like a whipped cake frosting (there was a lot, the new contractor charged me extra to remove the caulk), I literally cried at the work done, thinking to myself that it looked better before and now I am out of all this money). You could see the botch job from the street it was so bad. Nails were sticking out, he left tools and trash behind. As I said, I ended up hiring someone else to correct his work and added a full-house paint job to it - I have healed from the experience that really had me down, but I am still scarred financially. Please Please beware.

Barry did a great job for us. He was courteous, professional and arrived on time. Additionally, the project materials were about $200 lower than he originally estimated. Would definitely hire him again.
