Whit was a true gentleman!!!! He gave us a true idea of what needed to be removed for safety reasons and now that we made it past hurricane Sandy, we have no damage and no complaints and we have all of our work done about a year ago.

Whitney is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed up on time, a few minutes early actually, and looked over all my trees and took samples to send to the lab for my one problem tree. All the other Companies I delt with in the past have been quick to come look and then sell me something just by sight diagnosis alone. Bartlett is actually sending several samples to the labs, and then determing how to best treat my white oak, instead of just making an educated guess and treating (selling) me something as quickly as possible. A very refreshing approach!
