Travis with Barton was great. He diagnosed over the phone saving me some money. I had him repair my Whirlpool washer and dryer so he gave me a discount. He had to order parts and kept me apprised. He did a great job and I will definitely use him in the future. TVH

They are a husband and wife team and thoroughly enjoy their job. Their customer service is amazing and kept in contact throughout the day and notified me when they were on their way. Travis Barton was the repairman. Was very knowlaedgeable in diagnosing the problem and makeing the repairs. Repaired Whirlpool Refrigerator Icemaker in door which was not working. Electrical bundle of wires needed repair. Diagnosed the problelm and repaired all of the wiring. (note: 2 previous contractors had tried to make this repair and failed, one of them was a Whirlpool contractor. He also repaired my microwave oven which had been previously repaired (but only lasted a couple of days). I would use them again for appliace repairs.

I am so happy with the efforts that Barton put into my repair that I am going to give them a lot more work in the future.

Travis Barton did not only fix my AC window Unit (Heater) at a very fair price and excellent work, he is sooo fair and goes up and beyond the great work, so I also had him fix my stove oven and repair my front porch. In the 17 years of living in Texas, Barton's Appliance is the FIRST heart felt and trustworthy person I have ever met. Other companies have ripped me off, not show up to fix things, use cheap material and charge me a arm and a leg. I now can say "I HAVE PEOPLE" Thank you Travis for being such a beautiful person. I will only use you. P.S. I could never find a person to even touch my AC (window) unit, Travis did it.

Hired to fix 2 refrigerators that stopped cooling. Came out and "repaired" them but failed again after 2 weeks. Tried to contact them to correct the repairs under their warranty agreement and they wouldn't answer the phone or return calls, emails or texts. finally reached them after 3 months but had to buy a new refrigerator since I have a 2 year old and 1 year old at home and wouldn't refund me for the failed repairs, instead they offered to buy both my non-working units for the price of one of the units repaired which was just couple hundred dollars. He is just going to fix them on his own time and resell them for twice as much as he paid for them. All I wanted was a simple refund minus the cost of the refrigerant that he supplied and call it even since I was out 2 units and had to spend $1000 on a new one plus the $250 worth of groceries that spoiled when he guaranteed the units were fixed in the first place. I wouldn't hire this company if he was the last repair man available.

Very professional and keeps a clean workspace. Leaves your house better than when he started.

They did a great job, they worked hard and showed up on time. They stayed until the job was finished.

Travis and Katye were very good and diligent about working with us to get what became a very complicated install of a cooktop with a down draft. I would certainly use them again if necessary and recommend them. He even stayed extremely late one night. And they were very trustworthy.
