In short, we have a beautiful front walkway to be proud off. The work was performed swiftly, but properly. Our new attractive walkway to the front door was then inspected by Bartz, then by my wife and I to everyone's complete satisfaction. Our new walkway improves the whole demeanor of the front yard immensely.

Sean and crew did a great job rebuilding end extending my stone wall. The new plants look great in the new garden area.

Sean and his crew did an excellent job on my paver patio. When they finished the job, the work area was even cleaner than when they started. Great work at a fair price!

We had a water drainage issue where water was seeping into our crawlspace and causing potential health risks with mold and the air quality in our home. We shopped around and got several very costly estimates from other companies that had several different and some very elaborate solutions that involved installing drains all over our yard, etc... Sean came over, took a look and said, "simple, we just need to do a little grading and put in a french drain on one side of the house to keep your cost down and if there's still a problem we'll extend it around the back of the house." His solution made the most sense and his cost was well within our budget. He also worked with us with a payment schedule during the project that we were both comfortable with as well. Sean's crew came in, and worked hard and fast. They were very professional and courteous with both my wife and I. During the job, Sean's guys noticed the seal on our foundation was wearing away and the block had holes. Knowing the ultimate goal was to keep water out of our crawlspace they brought it to our attention and we decided to go ahead and get it taken care of sealing up the foundation wall. He made the add-on very affordable. I felt he had our best interest in mind and that's much appreciated. His crew wrapped things up quickly and we've had a few downpours since then so we've had a chance to see the solution in action. The musty smell, which has been a constant annoyance after even the smallest rain, is gone completely. The rainwater gets diverted away from the house and Sean's solution proved to be exactly what was needed. I will be calling Bartz again for our next job with no hesitation. I hope he stays in business for a long time.

Shaun helped us design the landscaping and recommended the plants and flowers. The crew was on time, dismantled all the old shrubs and planted the new one's professionally. They then cleaned up and power washed the whole area. It was picture perfect and worthy of a picture in a landscaping magazine.

I really enjoyed working with Sean! He responded to my inquiry within a few minutes, was on time to our appointment and was very attentive to what I was looking to do for my project. He knew the names of all the plants I currently had in my flower bed and had suggestions for what to put in their place. His design was more than I could imagine for the space. There were a few flowers that I didn t prefer and he was flexible in his design and suggested alternatives. He was always willing to answer my questions and replied quickly. He also worked with me to get the overall concept of his design to fit into my budget. Sean is easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely hire him again!

I hired Bartz Landscaping in May 2019 to install a pool pad by my house for an above-ground pool, I asked that they complete the job by May 31st, they came over and laid gravel and used a front loader to level and compress the area, I checked the pad after they finished and it was not level, so I called Sean, and he said he would rake it level and that after it rained it would be level. A couple weeks later the pool was set up and the water truck showed up to fill the pool, the pool legs began sinking into the gravel throwing it extremely off level, the gravel was never properly compacted, and we had to dump the $500 dollars of water to save the $1000 pool. We were very upset, we emailed Sean and showed him pictures of what had happened, and he stated he wanted to make it right, so he proposed pavers and more gravel, and we agreed we would pay materials, but we would not pay for anymore labor. We also asked that they be done in 2 weeks, so we can have a pool this summer. They never showed up, Sean called on 4th of July and said he would be over that Saturday, and its now the 15th of July, and we have not heard or seen Bartz Landscaping since. They are wonderful at signing up for work, but as soon as they do a bad job that costs $1000's of dollars they DISAPPEAR. We no longer want their services anymore, and we will just have to maybe salvage the rest of the summer with another contractor. MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Bartz Landscaping company was eager to get the job done in a timely manner, they were on time and professional. They called to check the work the day after, offering to return if there were problems. They explained the process and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company for anyone's landscaping needs.
