Was able to schedule a day to clean very early, which is what we needed. Our house was a challenge, and the team responded well. Some details were missed, such as dust on top of door frames, but considering the time needed to get the whole house up to normal this is a minor thing.

The main guy was ok, but the lady who cleaned the kitchen was very bad. We had to tell her each and everything which had to be cleaned. Even after the deep cleaning of Dish Washer I found particles of garbage inside.

The customer service aspect was excellent. Out biggest issue was that we did not get the services promised. At first glance everything looked good, but there were lots of details which should have been paid attention to. i.e.. No one bothered to move any of the objects to dust under to behind. They simply just worked around it. We had to ask to clean the inside of the fridge, oven, and microwave. And the bathrooms. They also used one of our decorative towels to clean the kitchen which we had to throw away.
