I received a bid to repair a water leak in the foundation, and the salesperson assessed that the best way to repair it would be from the outside. Two weeks later, as the workers were preparing to start, I noticed they were setting up in the wrong area, obviously the work details were not clearly communicated. In the process, several sprinkler pipes were broken, and I was informed that Baseco would not be responsible for repairs. Attached is a photo of what was left for me to take care of. Customer service is terrible and I do not recommend.

They did an excellent job, our home had settled 3 inches causing cracking throughout our living room and kitchen. Now all the doors close like they should and the cracks have closed up as well. I couldn't be happier with their service.

This is probably the most unprofessional company we have ever worked with. They started a project in our basement and told us they were drilling the cement. They had their workers drill our tile floor. This is an older home, so these tiles could contain asbestos. We contacted the management immediately to let them know this isnâ t okay to do with out safety precautions. Their workers didnâ t even have on masks. The manager basically laughed and said we donâ t use air scrubbers. So we are now not only set back in our project, having to file MANY reports with Utah air quality, DOPL, and we have to have a company come scrub our home to get this remediated. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Please goto a company that knows what theyâ re dealing with. We are SO LUCKY our contractor was here to let us know this isnâ t normal and where to report this to hold them accountable. Since they arenâ t taking accountability. This whole process has been miserable. I definitely recommend looking for a company who knows what theyâ re dealing with in all aspects.

We were pleased with the way they were able to work us into their busy summer schedule.

Did not meet initial schedule due to prolonged repair at previous job site. My job was to straighten a brick light post that was tilted in each of 2 perpendicular directions. After jacking the post eliminating the tilt in both directions, much time was spent getting the foam spray gun to properly mix the 2 foam chemicals. Apparently one of the chemicals was not entering the mixing chamber. Was the gun properly cleaned after the previous job? Within a day of completing the job, the post settled and rotated in one of the directions to the original tilt. The tilt of the post was improved in one of the two directions.

They did and excellent job, honest, and a fair price.

They made sure I knew what was going on and how much it would be. They took care of the problem and made sure it was fixed.

The estimate was quite fair and the company rep arrived right on time. He and his associate assessed the problem and gave us a simple solution. He was able to repair a hole in the water main and "100%" guaranteed that the leak was gone. After the last heavy rain, not a drop of moisture. These guys rock!!

They were not only the low bidder on the project but they were the only ones that didn't say negative things about their competition. They even went the extra mile and poured concrete in the areas affected. No one else included that in their bid. Highly recommend.
