I looked at homeadvisor in the morning, talked with the Baseline guy and made an appointment for same day. He came out as promised and did what we needed-replaced a light fixture, repaired some old wiring.

First time when he said he would call, he did not. Claimed grandfather died. Another time he called to say he would be late because he had to collect money. Since he was here I still have one of the problems that I told him that he need to watch for. He was to return afterward he left to put in blanks in the breaker box. The box is still without. Three other electricians have dropped by and all three tell that he did not need to do the work like he did. A simple way would have worked and cost a lot less.

Because the service was not able to be completed today and will require a return visit, the provider reduced his normal service call fee by half. I appreciate his consideration.

This company responded after I had submitted a second request to your service for help. The first I called broke the fist two appointments and I have yet to hear from the again. Base Line Electric kept our appoint exactly on time.. They did an excellent job of completely rebuilding a fluorescent light fixture. They were most courteous efficient and explained the approximate costs beforehand. I could not have asked for a better experience and I assure you I will call them again should I require service.
