I put in a inquiry to Homeadvisor for a company to do my sod install . Chris Cooper from BaseOne Landscaper was the first to respond and inquired about the job i needed . He followed up the same day and gave me an estimate . He was extremely punctual and very professional . After meeting him and listening to his plan , i went with his company rather than my previous company and am extremely glad i did ! His plan included much more thought , work and materials than my previous quote . His crew was extremely accessible , professional and did a great job on the final cleanup .Within a couple of days of the install my yard looked very beautiful ! Thank you Chris , i will surely be in contact for some more work !

Then he realized he had time to do it at that moment and got it done and improved something else at the same! He's very personable + professional. He charged a fair price for a job done well and quickly. I'm going to hire him to do some other things now.

The team from BaseOne Landscaping was outstanding in every way. In addition to ‘smart’ irrigation control install, new segments of drip irrigation install and repair, Chris and his crew moved a section of flagstone to a new location in a thorough and efficient manner. They arrived on time, kept us updated on adjustments as they worked efficiently and their clean-up was spot-on. Equally important was their friendliness 😄. We would definitely hire BaseOne for any landscape project, small or large.

They were prompt, arriving early in the morning, and Chris, the owner, was very cordial. He talked to me about what I needed and what I wanted done. They completed everything, though it took some time. They had to come back the second day to fix the solenoid valve on the sprinkler system, but they got it sorted out. They rewired the timer and put new solenoids in, and now everything works perfectly. They set the timer for the exact number of minutes needed, and my grass is actually green again! I am very happy with the work they did, and his workers were incredibly helpful. I could not be happier, actually.

Chris and his crew are very polite and respectful to talk to and they do an excellent job on my yard maintenance. They know a lot too. I asked if they do new rock in the front yard and they do!! I was very happy to hear because they do such great work. I don’t have to hire anyone else.

We started with a leaking sprinkler system and was able to get that fixed for me and then we reseeded the summer Bermuda grass and that came out beautiful and also trimmed up one of my trees in the front yard and I’ve never seen this tree looks so good. It’s beautiful.

I contacted 9 different companies for the tree trimming job at my house. One cancelled, two were no shows, one's mailbox was full, and 5 gave me quotes. Of those 5, one was too pushy, one was needy, one had very little English, That left 2. I chose the one who had a wider range of things that they would do for me in the future. I was in business for my self for 41 years in a service industry. Long term relationships are important to me.

I took the time to get a few quotes and met with Chris Cooper, owner of BaseOne Landscaping. He and his team came to my house, and we chatted about my yard and maintenance requirements. I picked this company because they are professional above all else. You get a contract to review, agree upon a monthly cost, and Chris will text you the date and time he will show up and put your home on his schedule. It was all professionally done which I so much appreciated. And when the day came (today), he texted he would be an hour late and showed up then. The work was done in an hour to clean up both back and front yards, and I couldn't be happier. If you need a reliable, efficient, professional and all-around nice team that will listen and be respectful - Go with BaseOne Landscaping. I highly recommend them.

I obtained a half dozen quotes to replace my broken irrigation system and BaseOne was the only one that indicated that repairing it instead of replacing it was a viable option and would save me thousands of dollars. They got the job done in two days and were great to work with.

He did a fantastic job. Communication was open and very professional. He shared his process and I could tell he definitely has the knowledge it takes to do it right. The job was done in a timely manner. Before and after pics are available. I’d provide more but file sizes are too big.

MY Irrigation system wasn't turnung off and my plants were getting too much water. Chris called and showed up as promised. He was able to fix the problem right away a very fair price. I will definitely call BaseOne Landscaping again. GREAT JOB!!

A complete rebuild of an aged & broken sprinkler system, front and back. A large shade tree needing a complete trim. Add a tree and plants to the back & gravel. 2 days, 2 very efficient workers, (Chris & Kyle) and complete clean up! Excellent communicatio, friendly & fast. Highly recommended!

Chris Cooper was a very knowledgeable, polite individual who performed an excellent job on installing st Augustine sod. His work was impeccable. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing plus answered all my questions in a very respectful way. There isn’t enough room here to explain how comforting it was to have him do a difficult job and turn my backyard into a lush lawn. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

Chris worked hard for us removing branches and debris from 2 40-year old orange trees. Then he replaced our dead (very old) sprinkler timer/control center in very short order and showed us how to program it. His price for this work was very reasonable, and Chris is also quite personable with a good sense of humor
