Brian was very easy to work with. He was punctual and it was only one week from estimate to completion. He did a great job explaining and repairing the leak in my foundation. He is very thorough and they left the area looking much better than it was when they came. I would recommend him

Brian was super easy to work with and accommodating with our work schedules, they were done in 3-4 day with the basement. Only issue we had was some trash that was left over, and some rough spots on the surfaces but we're planning to finish the basement so it will be out of sight shortly. The only other problem was we never received a copy of our contract pre or post construction for personal records.

"We addressed all these issues for the customer and the customer told me he was going to call in change this review to all 5's but he did not. The trash he was referring to was a trash bag we had left next to his garbage can. In retrospect, we should have asked if it was ok to leave the trash there. I was on vacation when we did the job which is why the customer never received a contract prior to or afterward. We did complete the work before any payment was received though. We also replaced all the concrete they weren't happy with and I've since gone back to repair one other small issue. Nothing but perfection is acceptable to me. What sets Basement Armor apart from other waterproofing companies is our attention to detail. To me, a 4 out of 5 might as well be a zero... Thank you, Bryan Huff."

Bryan Huff did a great job of fixing a crack in my home's foundation wall. It cost much less than I had expected to pay to fix this defect. It has rained quite a bit since the repair, and my basement remains bone dry. I would highly recommend Bryan to others and will consider him for future construction projects.

The estimate and work were completed in a timely manner - less than two weeks from start to finish. The work crew was friendly and very professional. The clean up job was fantastic - Except for the next concrete, one would never have known any work was completed. The value was great, the workmanship superb. Bryan and his crew did an amazing job waterproofing our basement and adding a new sump pump. He is very knowledgable and helpful when giving his advice of what needed to be done. He is very prompt to return phone calls/texts. He and his crew show up when they say they are going to show up and are very hard working and friendly. Our job was completed in a very timely fashion. We recently put our home on the market. Shortly after that, a small basement leak turned into a big issue, especially with multiple house showings scheduled. I called Brian on Friday morning and he was at the house by noon. He worked diligently over the next few hours to repair the leak and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are thrilled with the result, especially since a day after Brian completed the project, we got a contract on our house, due in part to Brian's quick response and professional work. We would highly recommend Basement Armor to others!!

This company did a great job. Bryan Huff is very knowledgeable about foundations and water leaks. Even after Bryan and his crew made the initial repair (we thought this is where the leak was coming from) with the next big rain we still had a leak. Bryan came back and made the additional repair at no cost. We now have a leak free basement with less than 1/8 of cost based on an estimate that we received from another company. I would highly recommend before throwing your money away that you get another opinion and give Bryan a call. Awesome work.

They made an extra effort. On part of the system didn't work properly at first and they promptly came back and made it right! There prices for their service are very reasonable and I recommend them to my clients when they have issues with their basements.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Bryan came to my house the day after he returned from vacation, observed recent water intrusion in the basement in addition to observing the work done by another contractor who performed a very sloppy and incomplete job. In order to perform the job correctly, he would have to remove existing panelling and stationary tub to get to the foundation wall that was leaking. He said he would clean up the mess left by the previous contractor. Bryan did all these things very efficiently, although the removal of the panelling was very difficult because some of it was actually glued to a stud! I would recommend this company to anyone who expects quality work to be done on their own home project.

A detailed plan was presented and work followed according to that plan. Results are more than acceptable. Crew was conscientious and courteous. Did a good job of cleaning up which many contractors don't pay much attention to. I would recommend.
