Great professional installation of a window well drain tap and sump pump. Dealt directly with owner. Workmanship was neat and tidy, job completed on time according to plan, and all waste was cleaned up and removed. Obtained quotes from 4 companies and Basement Lifeguard was truly the cream of the crop.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
Yes, I recommend this pro
They installed a sump pump in my basement, that includes the well and piping. Been installed a few weeks now, everything is working fine. Mike and John worked pretty damn hard to get this done in half a day. They were very professional, all business. I'm very happy with the outcome. Would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much guys

Mike the owner came out quickly and gave us a great estimate to have a new sump pump and downspout line installed underground because the old line had started to clog and not drain properly. The work was done 3 days after his estimate with the proper pipe and glued all joints. Very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

Mike was experienced, professional and had a practical approach to resolve our water problem. His team worked incredibly hard and were punctual, polite and did a great job. I received several estimates from other vendors and Mike provided the most value for the money. I would highly recommend this team.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
Yes, I recommend this pro
Mike and his team have actually come out to work on two jobs for my fiancee and I - one last year to install drains for our window wells, and last month to replace our sump pump and pit. Mike himself (the owner) came out to give us the estimate, and was very patient with us (we're new home owners) to explain everything and answer our questions. He is also very no-pressure, which I definitely like. The work itself has been quality, and done efficiently. It is such a relief now not having to constantly worry about flooding every time we get heavy rainstorms!

I had a battery backup for a sump pump. It was done fast on time, and the installer knew what he was doing and explained the functionality of the unit fully. It was a bit higher than I hoped to pay.... but I was happy with the work.

Although the sump pump cost at most $300.00, I ended up paying $550.00. While home repairs are not my forte, I feel this was a bit much to pay for about a half hour to 45 minute job.
