We had two cracks in the basement wall. Would recommend in every capacity, the staff was incredibly friendly, very clear with communication in both scheduling and explaining details about the process including limitations about proximity to windows all very informative and transparent for curious folks like myself. Including details about cost, what was going to happen, and even similar cases. And was done as they stated by the repair technician day of. Brian, one of the folks who helped us had his name on the review card, was fantastic. I believe the other gentleman's name was Jon. Both fantastic and would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with BRS. From the start there was no pushy sales tactics and every question was answered. Sales rep was very efficient about getting my job on the schedule and sharing any price changes. When it came to the actual day of work, crew manager did not communicate delay and had to reschedule for later in the week. Communication about end project (ie. condition of current flooring because is 100+ year old house) was not shared adequately. Owner of company responded to my questions and concerns. Overall decent company.

I’ve gotten the runaround since I paid for half of the job. They have asked to move the job multiple times that they were supposed to get done tomorrow 04/20/2018 and they called me earlier this week and asked to move it to the following week 04/27/18 I told him that I could not do that as I will be out of town and the lady said she would call me back and never did so I assumed we were good to go for tomorrow but this is not the case. I called today 04/19/18 asking for the General Manager to call me back for a refund if the job is not getting done when promised but he has not called me back. The Project Manager said he’d have to escalate it to the General Manager. This is very frustrating and if I'd known this was the case. I would’ve went with another company. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends, relatives or coworkers.

This repair of a 68 year old home has left me dry as a bone and happy. I had drain tile installed, interior steel beams after the aging block was made plumb again, and exterior drainage and a sump pump installed. I also took the opportunity to get an egress window put in. Things were explained clearly, work was done within the set time frame, and follow-up was done to be sure things were working well. A good experience all around!

A big project to straighten bowed block walls, tile the foundation and install a sump. The crew knew what to do and wasted little time to implement the solution to my water intrusion problem. Over a year later, the system works like a charm! Dave was actively involved in the project and provided great service.
