The Project Manager, Bob Reber, was extremely helpful. He really knows a lot about basement water solutions. He is also very polite and is welcome back in our home any time! He quickly developed a detailed recommendation for a solution to the problem we were experiencing. Even better was the fact that he was willing to reduce the required work as we discovered additional information about the details of our situation. If we ever need any additional help with our basement, Bob is the only person I will call! Thanks for all your help!

I really appreciate Bob, taking the time to listen to my ideas and needs for the project, without comparing mine with someone else, I appreciate the communication keep trough out the project and above all the completion of it on the date it was set!!! :)

Did a good job, cleaned up well and got me back up and running.

First, I would like to say your crew was nice to work with. We have not had enough rain to see if the job was a success or not. I would like to say that we were disappointed in the installation of the egress window well, but after your crew came back out and repaired it, it looks good. We were not happy that your crew did not say anything about the damage that was done to the rain gutter and soffit. I do not think they would have said anything if I would not have seen it and said something. When your crew came back to repair the egress window well, they told me they would go get some paint and paint it. That was not done, and that would not have fixed the gutter and soffit that is only a year old. Now to the inside, we think your crew did a good job installing the drain tile, removing the debris, and cleaning things up, however, we are not happy with the way the concrete was put back in. It is not smooth, there are stones showing, and we think we could have done a better job. When your crew came back out to repair the egress window well, they said they could grind off the high spots, but I told them not to bother because it will still look like a kid did the job.

Bob Reber was very diligent, on time that was promised and repaired my sump pump to perfection. He knew exactly what he was doing with professionalism and efficiency. I have not had a problem since then. I am extremely pleased this company and feel more at ease now and confident with Basement Repair Specialists out of Appleton, WI. I highly recommend them!

Apparently their 8-hour work day includes travel time. 5 hours of travel time. It was supposed to be a 2-day job that took one week. They were never at my house before 10:45 and gone by 3:00. The first two days they did not arrive until after lunch. Nobody called the inspector so the concrete was delayed. And then we discovered that they had installed the wrong sump pump, so our salesman had to come back with the right one.

Five stars was not high enough. They did concrete work, tiles, sump pump for our basement that had started leaking. The salesperson Bob Reber was honest, trustworthy, and very knoweledgeable. The guys that did the work were so professional and respectful. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Did outstanding work. replaced clogged drain tile. added 2 sump pump crocks, Made every effort to clean up and minimize concrete dust. I am confident that the new owner will not have the basement water problems we had. The salesman (Bob) was with us every step of the job
