If u need to ask questions after work is done, u can never get them on the phone again. U can leave a message, but no one ever answers again. Call was returned, needed more info a few days later, never heard from them again.

I had several leaks in my basement and Basement Solutions came up with a plan that will permanently keep the entire basement dry. After several weeks, I havent had a single leak or sign of water. They were also extremely fast and very fair. I would highly recommend them.

Bill and his crew were wonderful. Bill gave us an estimate the day he visited us. They came in the next week and finished everything. Did a great job! They were very pleasant and professional. Reasonably priced. We would DEFINITELY use them again and we would DEFINITELY recommend them!

Basement Solutions stopped the water from flooding my basement with their system. Work was completed very quick & efficiently. Sump Pump & Dehudifier work great. System was a bit procey but worth the money.

From the first phone conversation with Bill, I was very impressed with his questioning and ability to diagnose our drainage issues. Upon arrival, Bill quickly identified our problems and came up with solution options. His crew worked very quickly and were very professional. I was truly amazed with what was accomplished in 2 days and I am totally confident that my basement will NEVER LEAK AGAIN!! YEAH!! I am more than satisfied. And as a bonus, Basement Solutions topped all other quotes. Thank you Basement Solutions!

I was told putting in the 2nd sump pump would fix my water problem. Bill said he would be surprised if it didn't, well it didn't. I paid cash, probably where I went wrong. I called to tell of the water the very next rain, he told me what he would have to do ($1,500) more. I called back to ask more questions and left a message 2 weeks ago but never heard back. Live and learn.

Hired them to install an indoor trench and sump pump. Very courteous and professional, kept the mess down, and did the job. Had one sticking point - when talking to Bill before hiring them I'd been clear that I'd need a new outlet near the sump pump on a new circuit, as there very few outlets in the basement, none near his recommended pump location, and circuit already overloaded and trips when too many things on. He said he would take care of it. When the job was "done" I was left with an exension cord draped across the top of the unfinished basement. After weeks of phone tag/discussions just took care of it myself.

"Our contract states that we do not cover electrical work but, we do try very hard to coordinate any electrical work that is needed with local electricians. We made several calls to get a licensed electrician to go to Poughkeepsie,NY. Unfortunately, the few electricians that agreed to take the job claimed they could not reach the homeowner after several attempts."

Friendly, knowledgeable contact at the beginning, no hard sell, and the workmen did an excellent job in the time they said they would. Mess was kept to a minimum and the new sump pump system seems to be doing its job.

Positive and informative - explained and diagrammed everything that would be done. Workmen were courteous and the weather was extreme - cold/wet. I have nothing negative to say. Completion of the project will occur when weather permits.
