    we are selling our home and had water in the crawlspace. bs of ny waterproofed and insulated the crawlspace. an expensive fix, but one that is working and will hopefully allow us to sell the house. they were very clean and professional. crew of at least 6 and foreman came and finished job in 2 days and came back to insulate week later with a crew of one. very happy with the work and the financeing they gave us access to.

    I was scheduled for whole day project in my basement and outside drain. They reschedule my project because they had to other jobs. When they finally showed up they rush through the job. They did it in 4 hours. The results are subpar quality, sloppy, and additional problems were created from the project. Also there was no prep for the job. My house in and out was covered in concrete dust. Workers were hardworking and said they need to do it fast because they expected to by management. I was in communication with the company, Alison and Chris. I was told to wait in line for them to come and fix it. I had make pictures and write explanations. I was lucky that I know this staff. What about those who don't?After numerous phone calls and aggravation they send Bill to see what is going on. Bill told my wife that everything is fine. I was not there. When I called and Bill realize that I know this staff, he said that they will call me back. Guess what, they never have. It is clear that this company does not do projects as promise, does not value the quality, disrespect customers , and charge a lot of money for that.

    Everyone we dealt with was very courteous. The workman that fixed our basement was very knowledgeable and polite.

    Very happy with the project. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The job was to be a one day job but in reality it was two half days. No problem scheduling the start and then the next day. They were polite and explained the entire project. Hope to never have this problem again but if it happens on another pillar, I would certainly call them again.

      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
