"The customer changed the scope of the work on a daily basis he made us change the location not once but twice. The area where he wanted the window was extremely difficut. We ordered a different window at no-charge and ate the labor and material cost. I wish the customer would have known where he wanted the window to begin with.....owner."
"Per our contract the lifetime guarantee is on the front in a bold box. Any other guarantees are handwritten on the contract that they sign. As for the moisture problem, the office wasn't notified until she spoke with Cliff and then we resolved it, when the two schedules meet (ours & customers). I always tell the customer, do not call the foreman or salesman with any issues, always call the office to get resolved. That is the only way we are aware of the issue and then can handle it."

The system that we install is a government cerified system recognized by FHA/VA and HUDD and that is clearly stated on the front of the contract."
