Mark and his crew were professional and friendly — Mark explained everything thoroughly, responded to all of my questions and concerns, and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. Ali, who came out to do the original estimate, explained the problem with the old drainage system clearly, which was resulting in moisture in one of the walls of my townhouse. He offered several options of how they could fix the problem and responded immediately to the follow-up questions I had before the job was initiated. Highly recommended. Ask for Mark’s crew!

NV Waterproofing just completed some commercial work at our condo building. After several bids from foundation repair companies, NV waterproofing had the best strategy and pricing. I, unfortunately, do not have the names of the crew members that completed the exterior work, but they arrived on time and finished the job quickly and restored the exterior/lawn almost exactly the way it was before any digging occurred. Rich Oliver did some injections into our underground garage walls to stop water from intruding. He was flexible with scheduling, due to the recent snowy weather, and showed up when he said he would. Very good communication throughout the process and did a great job. We will use them again if we run into any more foundation issues (hopefully not).

I am always pleased and satisfied when doing business with NV Waterproofing. As a luxury builder warranty manager, it is extremely important to have vendors/trades that not only do quality work, but also educate you and answer any questions that you might have to put your mind at ease. It is no wonder that my company uses NV waterproofing for all of our new builds!!!
