Extremely pleased with the service from NV Waterproofing. Mark and his crew were professional and friendly — Mark explained everything thoroughly, responded to all of my questions and concerns, and made sure I was happy with the final outcome. Ali, who came out to do the original estimate, explained the problem with the old drainage system clearly, which was resulting in moisture in one of the walls of my townhouse. He offered several options of how they could fix the problem and responded immediately to the follow-up questions I had before the job was initiated. Highly recommended. Ask for Mark’s crew!
