We had a damp basement for years. The dehumidifiers weren't enough to solve the problem. We has extensive mo;d and mildew damage. David's team cordoned off an aisle from our atrium door to the basement door to remove damaged items and to keep the mold spoors contained. They were the only group we received quotes from that actually went outside to examine the wet wall and cam up with a solution. The mold and mildew odors are completely gone and David said in time the long term dampness on the corner of the wall will dry out and we can paint the basement walls. We had the work done in October 2017, but I waited to write the review because I wanted to be able to assure other readers that the basement has continued to stay dry. It has! For YEARS the basement ALWAYS had standing water in it and I never saw an actual floor since it was always covered in water or filth/debris from water that had evaporated.
