They did an acceptable job and were clean. The crew was polite and the home office was responsive. In the beginning it was hard to schedule a date but this job was affected by poor weather. Once the crew came they plowed through the job.

very unprofessional when it came to the business end of the deal!!! although the work performed was excellent and quick. sorry to say, i would not recommend this company to anybody just because of the headaches i encountered just trying to get them to hold up their end of the deal.

Concrete Foundation Repair
Dealing with this company was nightmare of botched communications. I took a day off work, and they were a no-show. When I called, I was told they didn't intend to show until later in the week. They did not even give me the courtesy of a call. Why not just schedule it properly to begin with? The next two scheduled times were also botched, again not keeping their word. I had to constantly call them, as they didn't call me. According to the girl who takes the calls, it's not her fault since she just works there. As for the work, the concrete did not dry the color they said it would. Only time will tell if the work will be effective.

I am hopeful that their work was done right and it does the job! The three young guys were young and hard working, courteous and careful. So far, the crawl space is dry. There has been no follow up from the company itself, but all is well so far.

I would have like to see followup on the job completed. We have not received our "key" for the installed ancors. When i called to ask for the financing it was not customer service, I was yelled at for having questions. The sides of the basement, cement is still wet. I do not know if this is normal or not. So follow up. Thank you
