Working with Tom has been great. Follows through with everything as promised. Good communication and someone we can trust. Very knowledgeable. The work done by his main guy - Martin is also awesome! These guys were professional from start to finish and easy to work with. Looking forward to more projects with them. Have already referred to other family and friends.

Overall very satisfied with the finished product, but there was some lag in follow-up for a couple of minor issues.

Great company and fantastic crew . They will not hesitate to go the extra mile to satisfy you. Very courteous during work , and great clean up after each shift I will hire them again and again .

I felt there were things discussed before we wrote up the contract that were not received, in the future I know to make sure that everything that is promised verbally is written into my contract.

Totally professional, excellent quality of work. Workers left the work site clean and neat every day. The workmen and project manager addressed any concerns swiftly. The project manager comes up with excellent design designs, and he is good about working within the home owners budget. I highly recommend.

JC Insulaters were great guys. In most ways, they went above and beyond. There were only 2 items that I did not like; despite implicit instructions, two tasks that were accomplished incorrectly were not resolved by the contractor. This became a concern, as I didn't want additional jobs to be completed incorrectly. Work ethics - great. Workmanship - good to great (some things better than others, but overall, very good). Pricing - great. They were willing to work within budget, offering good advice and tried to make everything work within your requests, including labor + mats.

Tom and his team of craftsman did a top notch job on our remodel. They renovated my bathroom and refinished my basement. Tom provided excellent project management, spatial design guidance and went out of his way to ensure things were addressed in a timely and professional manner. His team is comprised of meticulous and dedicated professionals. Not only did they do an outstanding job but they added touches we did not think of, practical and creative. It is rare to see such craftsmanship these days and after dealing with so many unskilled individuals they did the impossible - they restored my faith in the Contractor profession.

It was a positive experience all around. They responded quickly, started quickly and finished quickly. I'm down in my new office in the finished basement as I write this, and it's a beautiful room.
