Joe is really nice. As new homeowners, he came out on short notice and went over our pool equipment, showed us how to drain excess water out of the pool and most of this was whiile standing in the rain! He also treated and cleaned the pool as much as could be expected during the rain and came back later and got us on a regular pool cleaning schedule.
