This company has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. We bought a new home that was pre-plumbed for a water softener system and under sink RO filter so decided to get the filters immediately. While staying in an Air B&B I searched on Home Advisor for high rated companies and Basin Water Solutions was among the best rated. So, I requested quotes from the top few companies. Basin Water Solutions was the first to contact me. Communication was great and the quote even better. I paid less than half of what a friend of mine paid for the same (probably better) system. Once the technicians arrived to do the install it became clear that the outstanding customer service is culture in this company. These guys are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest.
