The company representatives were very courteous and knowledgeable about their products and their work. Service was prompt and efficient. I am quite satisfied with both the water softener and the reverse osmosis systems they installed to replace the failed ones already in place. My only complaint is that the original failed water softener was not removed as had been requested in the work order. It remains an eyesore outside of my garage door and as I am handicapped and live alone, I cannot dispose of it myself.
