Replaced a 50 gallon electric water heater. I bought the heater, and they installed it. Very fast using the latest tools and modern methods. The old heater was in the attic. They wanted to start early -- here at 7:45 -- finished and gone by 9:30. They were careful while moving the old unit down the stairs and taking the new unit up -- no damaged walls or dirty floor. No leaks and everything works perfectly. Fast, professional service; next day availability; reasonably priced. Would use them again.

Pro arrived early, was technically proficient and explained all options available to my problem. I look forward to using their services again in the very near future.

We wound up just replacing our tank w/h with a larger one. The initial cost to install a tankless was more than we had available at this time! Once we made our decision, Bass Plumbing was doing the installation the very next day!!! Very pleased! ?

The company is inexperienced and is not equipped to handle difficult jobs. Took all day to do the job and it still was not done. I would not recommend this person to anyone, ever.

Came out special at the end of the same day. Small job but critical. My son has to have hot water due to core body temperature difficulties from head trauma. Very knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. Plan to call him for other plumbing issues. Thanks!

Solid!! Stayed late to make repair was made

Very fast work done on my clogged drain. It was full of grout that the previous home owner spilled or pour down the drain. Had to rip up some of the tile and floor but was very clean work.

Maurice and Gary are great. He had to change the schedule and promptly let us know. Very fast professional work and recommended a tile setter to finish our shower. Great business owner!

He provided service that didn't work out,call and talk with him about the work he did is not working anymore,made promises to come back and repair it but never call or answer his phone,never showed up.

The work was completed quickly but he did not clean up his mess. Also was a little more expensive than I anticipated.

Mr. Bass was courteous and knowledgeable. The water heater had a small leak but he came right back and fixed it. The price he quoted was the price charged.

Contractor was on time. Quality of work very good and installers were professional and courteous. No hidden charges, upfront and accurate with expected cost.
