Bass Reddy-Rooter Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Today my wife was washing clothes and decided to use the downstairs bathroom. When she walked in, there was water coming from the shower drain and onto the floor. She called me at work to let me know what was going on. I left work right away and on my way home I called Bass Reddy Rooter. I was able to speak to Tim, who was very easy to talk to, and he reassured me that they would be able to take care of my problem. Within a short period of time, John arrived at my house, and after assessing the problem, he unclogged the drain pipe, and we were back to being able to use our water again. I can’t say enough about John, and the way he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Bass Reddy Rooter to anyone who has a septic system issue.

They answered to request immediately, fit me right into their schedule, arrived on time and completed the work within the time restrictions. Addressed additional issues that came up and coordinated the completion of those issues. I would have no problem recommending Bass to anyone.

They came within an hour of my talking with the company owner. It took them 2 hours to complete the job ONLY because they ran into extensive problems snaking the pipes. They cleaned up they area before leaving and I was pleased with the work. If I would to have one negative it would be that the price was double what I was quoted. But to their defense they were not aware beforehand of the problems on site.

Tub wouldn't drain Saturday night. They called me Sunday morning, and came out within a couple of hours. No extra charge for the weekend. Professional, clean, and very friendly.
