Bassett was fast to respond to my inquiry on Home Advisor/Angi. They offered to evaluate my old boiler furnace that evening so we didn't have to miss work to be there. I though we may need a new furnace but they were able to make some adjustments to make our upstairs heat work that night (which it hadn't for a while). They made a plan to return in less than 48 hours with the supplies and equipment needed for a permanent fix. They stayed within the price quote and even moved my thermostat as a last minute request.

I hired Basset Plumbing to install a Furnace, central air conditioner and a Navian on demand hot water heater. They communicated very well through the whole process. Did outstanding work and cleaned up after themselves as they progressed. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs!
