They called me back within 15 minutes, and this was at 8pm, and were able to call and schedule with the tenant for the next day.

I loved the customer service, they were quick to respond; and made several attempts to eliminate the pest without hurting them. Trapping Chipmunks proved to be more challenging then expected, however I did not wish to kill them, so needless to say I still have chipmunks living in my yard.

I had a mole that I couldn't get rid of. Bat, Bee & Hornet Removal Service and got rid of it in one shot. Showed up on time, were very professional.

The price for the service was quite high. They wanted to charge $45 to pick up an empty trap. After the initial trap was set no one called me to follow up and see how things were going. I basically spent $95 for them to come and place a trap in my attic. They were 45 minutes late to the appointment.

Did the job in half the cost and a quarter of the time. Very good and thorough service.

The basketball-sized hornets nest removed was 20 ft off the ground, and when removed, there was no trace left, either on the house or on the grounds underneath.

It seemed pricey but after further research realized bat removal isn't cheap. Paid $300 for a treatment (deterrent), clean-up, and seal (metal mesh) of one louver. Needed two treatments since juvenile bats returned the next day. Very responsive to our initial call.

Paid over 200.00 to have trap for what was told was a raccoon in attic. Trap remained empty over 6 weeks. Called this vendor asking to remove trap as no creature had been caught in all this time. Advised vendor that there had been no other indication that the creature was in the attic. After several weeks, vendor did not return to remove trap. Had to hire another vendor whom I paid to remove trap, plug holes placed in the roof and repair the vent to the attic. Vendor returns, picked up his cage and charged me 100.00 stating this was a trip charge. I paid over 200.00 to include a trip charge when I initially hired him. Unfair practice.
