Brian did an excellent job on service of our heating & cooling system. Very professional, honest, timely individual. Would highly impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We would recommend to all for your needs. We plan to use again in the fall to have our a/c unit replaced with a new one!!

I purchased my AC unit 4 years ago form a local business in Oldsmar, but when It comes to service you can forget it. Last night my AC shut down and I called the people , only to be insulted by the help. I found Brian on line under Home repair and read all the verified good reviews. I called and ask advice ....his service call was less than the other company by $30, I am a senior on a fixed income, so that is importand to me. He said he would be over between 9 to 11 AM he arrived shortly after 9 AM...he found the problem and Made the repair. He was fast and clean and I would recommend him to my neighbors .

I have lived in multiple properties in the Tampa Bay area, and EVERY time I have had an issue with my AC, I have called Bateman, and EVERY time, the service and quality have been beyond my expectations. Brian is fair and honest and I recommend his company wholeheartedly.

Brian was very profesional and honest. My unit is very old and needs to be replaced soon, but he made the repair and said I can take the cost of that off the price for a new system if I chose to buy from them. I would reccomend Brian to others!

Brian and his service is a cut above the best. Called Brian in the latter part of the day. Was recently released from the hospital so a/c functioning properly is key to my health. Brian was done for the day and decided to come to my home anyway. Brian is professional, pricing is great and showed up in 45 min. My system was up and functioning in less than 1/2 hour. Great and Excellent are words that best describe Brian's service and professionalism.

This guy had no clue what he was doing. He said he would only charge me $49 instead of the regular $69 because I used Home Advisor. He wasn't there 5 minutes and said everything is working fine. I have my thermostat set at 80 and it won't go below 83. It just started happening a couple days ago. He suggested that I open all my vents. Why, when I'm never in those rooms. I tried to tell him since there was no problem outside, that it had to be in the thermostat or the wiring and he refused to check either. Now I'm sitting here with the same problem, just using more electricity. It cost me $49 for him to drive to my home, and that was a deal.

I called Bateman for a second opinion, and ended up saving over a thousand dollars. Brian was my serviceman, and he was professional, as well as knowledgeable about the a/c units. He checked on the warranty of my unit, and discovered that the nonfunctional part was covered. Thank you Brian, and Bateman, for your integrity and fine service!

This company was honest and repaired my A/C for 10% of what was quoted by other companies. Dealing with Bateman was refreshing. He took the time to come out and explain everything and do all of the testing to figure out exactly what the problem was. He fixed my A/C the same day and it is running better than before the problem occurred. I would strongly suggest using Bateman for any A/C repairs needed.
