Honest, friendly people, true to their word. The man I spoke with on the phone quoted me a price over the phone, and the price at the end of the job was exactly what he quoted. They did a great job for the best price. I contacted 3 other companies and Bates had the best price. I was surprised to learn that they were a local company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of asphalt maintenance.

Hard workers, very friendly, excellent job

Chris called me within minutes of my request. He quoted me a price that was within my budget. We scheduled the job immediately. The day before the scheduled appointment Chris called and asked if they could come a day siiner. He thought the weather might prevent the scheduled day. I agreed. Chris showed up as scheduled and began the driveway. He knew We would not be home when he started, but that was ok by both of us. When I got home the driveway was almost done. It looked really nice. Chris had edged it and placed a barrier across the front. I could not recommend Chris more. It was a pleasure for us to hire a young man who really cares about his workmanship.

They were very careful. They filled many small cracks at no extra charge. Overall, an A-1 job.
