Bates Asphalt Maintenance and Sealcoating

It was a job well done. Pictures online looked wonderful, however the product is less appealing in comparison to other products/ services I have used. After 2 days my driveway was not dry, and over nite dew and rain came in. The sealant was a heavy base, slow to dry and not very smooth. Now I have leaves and outdoor debris stuck on the driveway. I appreciated that they came in short notice " to fit me in", they only requested photos- which I sent for the estimate. I was not able to have a conversation on the phone, as they communicated by text. Next time I'll only go with a on site visit. Otherwise a good job.

Bates were very quick to get back to me .Got me right in onto their schedule. Here within two days, on time. Job was done very well. Professional. Their quote was very reasonable. I will hire them again next year and for future maintenance.

They were quick and did a great job!

They responded quickly and did a very nice job. Very pleasant couple. I highly recomend them.

They were awesome to work with. Easy to make an appointment. They provided a quote in very little time. I would highly recommend them. They fixed all the deep cracks we had; trimmed the lawn where it met the pavement; hand swept several spots and were very meticulous about where the driveway met the road. I wish it would have let me upload the before picture but at least it allowed one of the after photos.

They arrived on time got straight to work. Clean the driveway filling in cracks and then sealing the whole driveway. They did a remarkable job, and I would recommend them to anybody in the area that they cover.
