I went with this company because of the reasonable price and the price quote has a Bible verse listed on the paperwork and I thought it would be someone that could be trusted. Mark was very friendly when I first meet him, and I was more than glad to give him a referral based on when we first met, but upon coming home from work I seen the finished product. My original roof is tan and the replacement section looks to be white in true sunlight. I thought I would be able to live with it, but with my military background and need for uniformity it just would not sit well. I called Mark to see if there is anything that could be done to make my roof match better. It seemed like a totally different person, he was very dismissive and seemed to just want me off the phone. He stated that was the closest they could get to my roof color due to old roof age. I totally understand that ageing affects items in that situation, but he had no suggestions on any corrective measures. And when I also stated that his repair section was giving off a glare at the road (as I live off a major Hwy) he simply stated all metal has a glare. But I find it funny my unrepaired portion is not glaring in the sunlight. And finally when asked about pressure washing as an option, he stated he does not pressure wash. Then when I brought up a sign of his posted in a store that states he washes roofs. He finally says yes I wash roofs but do not pressure wash roofs. So I guess that was my fault for not saying wash the roof instead of pressure wash. Needless to say with the lack of concern thereof and dismissiveness from him I do not want him doing anything else on my roof or anyone I was going to refer him to. Hire at your own risk, just ensure you pick your own colors or just replace the entire roof.
