Sewer ejector pump died and the pit was in need of a complete rebuild and repair from the 1960s. Took them about 6 hours but now everything is sealed and done to code. With an American made Zoeller ejector pump. They explained everything before they started. Hired them before to install spigots on the front and back of the house. They are my first call. We will be calling them back for a bathroom project.

Installed a tankless water heater. Charged me for a new pressure tank, but reinstalled the old one. Came back and installed the new one, but got water everywhere. Tankless water heater not installed properly. Smell of gas outside. Now hearing loud popping noise when turning on & off. Horrible job.

Kind, courteous, on-time, professional and very well priced. ABC quoted me 6 hours and over $800. Mike and his partner did the job in an hours! Any plumbing I need, it's Bates plumbing, and all my neighbors, as well.

After 2 no shows by other plumbers and a really stupid visit from ABC ( oh, this is a really big job. We'll have to come back after we quote the job), Mike Bates scheduled me in quickly, showed up on time and fixed (replaced) 2 leaky pipe joints and a leaky outdoor faucet. All in an hour and for a very reasonable price. You won't go wrong with this company!!

Sewer Main Clearing
Talked with them in the evening and they were here the next day. Had a 10:00 appointment and they were even a little early. Quickly and thoroughly cleaned out my sewer line. Price they quoted me was the price I paid. Very nice and friendly. I will use them again when needed.

Sump Pump or Interior Foundation Drains Installation
They came out diagnosed the problem right away. Made small modifications, dropped the sewage sump pump in, plugged it to verified it worked and they were on their way! Drop the mic!!!

I missed their call and literally called them back 5 seconds later and they did not answer my call. I called them 15 times in a row and they did not answer. The guy sent me a text message as I was calling him and he still didn t answer my call. I sent him 5 text messages in response to his one and he did not respond. I called the number they have listed here on the website and it is not a working number. This is terrible customer service. I took off work for this appt and now I have to find another company and take off another day to get this work completed. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I was impressed with the fact that everything was done right, including the replacement of an old out of code gas turn off valve. Very old plumbing was replaced with new copper pipes and connections that Jonathan fabricated to fit accurately the install of a new water heater. Key words to describe the service call are professional, friendly, and completion of the install according to code.

Mike and Chris arrived at the scheduled time and worked steadily until all the clogged sewer pipes were free of debris. They were polite and professional and kept me informed about the progress they were making and asked before doing the additional work that was needed. They cleaned up the site before they left.
