We called on Monday and scheduled a clean up on Tuesday. Jessie and Hannah showed up very early on Tuesday with notification. We had hired a different company for Monday but they did not show up, nor did they call. Pathetic! We were so pleased with Bates Septic Services and the two employees they sent to do the services. Couldn't have been happier. Cannot speak more highly of them. Thank you for having such a reputable company and one who does what they say. Really appreciate it.

Let me start by saying that it takes a special person or company to get five stars from me. Five stars means that you are above and beyond your competition—John was just that. John was amazing and his customer service was outstanding! He was the ultimate professional. He had told me a price over the phone and when we opened the tank it was apparent that the job was going to take longer than usual. John worked on the tank, all the while, carrying on a great conversation with me and my sons. It was an excellent experience...one that I wish could be duplicated by all that we hire.
