Poor work quality, and did not want to fix issues and would come up with excuses to not fix issues. Unclear and dishonest pricing processes, unprofessional and untimely work.

I hired this company based on a referral from someone who previously hired them. They remodeled my entire bathroom. The owner was very professional, personable and took his time in helping me select the type of bathroom I wanted. The quality of work and attention to detail was superior. The pricing was reasonable and the work was performed on schedule. I will definitely hire this company to remodel my two other bathrooms. I am overly satisfied with the outcome!

The worst experience ever, so bad that you would think it is a movie. One year ago, I, unfortunately, hired this company. Before hiring this them, I had a vacation planned, for which I gave them the dates. They promised that they would finish the job in 2 weeks. I asked if they would like to start after my vacation since they had 4 weeks before my vacation to finish. When they started, they did not communicate the time when they would start the next day, I had to ask each day, and each day was different. Most of the time they did not come when they said, or they did not even show up. As you might have guessed, they did not finish and did not have anything organized. WThey wanted to continue to work without me in the house. I refused.hen I came back from my vacation, it took another month for them to restart the project, Nate blaming us for the delay. Again, the same story no communication of when they were coming. I had to board my dog for days that they said they would come but a no show. The tile guys did not have any direction when they showed up, but in the end, they did a good job. Although if you have to deal with Joe, good luck. They cut up a large piece of my custom vanity vs custom cutting for placement. They put in a faucet that touched the wall and could not function correctly. We brought a second one that could function correctly. They put in a vanity light so you could mot open the cabinet, again we had to buy a second one that would work. The paint job was so awful, different textures on the wall, and paint on my vanity, shower, etc. No cleanup and no prep. Joe did not caulk anything, I had to caulk everything at the end. They did not put in the backflow on correctly to the tub. Guess what, I got a huge leak that damaged my drywall downstairs. They put plex pipes onto my copper pipes for my shower, the shower leaked when the tub run. They did not know how to fix it, we had to call Nate many times no answer or random promises. We hired a plumbing company; they were able to fix all the issues. I had to pay more than was owed to fix their mistakes. Then they still wanted the final payment. I never write reviews, but this experience was so unbelievable I decided I need to warn people.

The quality of the work was not what we expected.

This bathroom remodel was promised to be 2 week project that turned into a year long headache with things not being completely resolved. Even though the designer took measurements, everything didn t fit the scale of our bathroom. Lots of small things not done correctly like the trim being pieced together and not fitting correctly. Large awkward gap between the wall and the bathroom cabinet. Towel not bolted to the wall with proper drywall mounts so it s going to fall off the wall. There s so much that s wrong I could write a novel. Wouldn t recommend you use the. Please keep looking and find someone else.

Fit and finish just not there. The tile work and shower enclosure are of excellent quality; however, some persistent issues continue even after having made contact. 1. The vanity was installed with one drawer non-operational due to the plumbing drain. While this was an acceptable solution, the drawer rails were left hanging in place and should have been removed. 2. The sink faucet was installed although it is a detective, as the hot water tap does not turn on/off. This has yet to be corrected and leaves the basin basically inoperable. 3. The mirror was framed out leaving a noticeable gap between the glass and wood trim on the top ledge. 4. The carpet/tile transition was not acceptable, as screws literally pulled out by hand. Although now nailed down, I asked instead to have the tile extended through the threshold batting up against the carpet. 5. The floor heat vent is no longer operational due to water entering the vent during a demolition mishap. 6. A second cabinet was never installed due to incorrect measurements, which would have crowded the bathroom. There has been no credit for the missing vanity or toilet that I supplied. Unfortunately, from my perspective, after the final payment was made, no further work other than replacing the defective faucet has been scheduled. Just a note. I had previously rated as "would recommend" with a 5-star review, however, this was early on in the project.

Their installation team did a fantastic job; high quality and attention to details. We did have a number of communication and scheduling mishaps; plumbers showed up while the tile was being grouted. Good news was the plumbers agreed that they should come back even though their project manager said that was OK.

Nate was terrific. Very easy to work with and finshed the job on budget and on time.

Nate is great to work with. Both rooms came out great.

Nate was wonderful to work with. He was very accomodating, did very good work and had very reasonable prices. I look forward to hiring him in the future for additional projects in our home. Thanks, Nate!
