The subcontractors used by "custombathliners" were excellent: the plumbers, (the CARPENTER, who stayed after hours at times), and the electrician); however, the management definitely needs to improved their professionalism with dealing with customers and their requested needs in a timely manner! I requested this project to be completed within 2 weeks before the Christmas Holidays; the director of operation assured me that this request would probably be completed by Thanksgiving. Ha, it wasn't completed until after the Christmas Holiday. If I had known this prior to hiring this team, I would have finitely had hired one of the other 2 contractors who were interested in doing the installation job for me. PLEASE note that the plumbers, carpenter and the electrician were all very, VERY professional, conscientious and all went out of their way to fulfill their obligations to me. (So sub-contractor guys, "thank you all, your team effort in installing the bathroom in the basement looks great"!

Manny and his team are excellent. Building a new bathroom in basement. Very professional and kept us updated along the way. They gave views and took feedback on scope and additional work. They are still working on current project and we are working quote for some additional work. I will provide update to review when work is done...so far...impressed.

From the initial contact to the finished job it was smooth sailing. Everyone was extremely professional. We had a complete bathroom remodel including some extensive plumbing repair. I would highly recommend this group.
