Bath Factory and Window installed a walk-in shower and a floating floor in my master bath. The contractors were extremely conscientious and the work was completed in a timely manner. The result: a great looking update that I am pleased with. Customer Service worked to resolve a couple of minor issues quickly and without any question. Would recommend this company to those who may require or like to install both shower and floor.

They have not even started my job yet. I gave them a deposit in July they said they would start the job in 4 to 6 weeks. I have to keep calling them to see when they are planning to start the job. They never called me. The last time we spoke to them they said they would start the job Sept 29 ( which is tomorrow) after 2 calls I made to them today they said they cannot start tomorrow and they will call me next week to give me a start date. They are terrible at communicating and call backs.

I am very satisfied with the workmen. They answered all of my questions, gave me opportunities to make choices. The resulting walk-in shower is beautiful. The clean-up was very good. Also the customer service was good. I highly recommend Bath Factory and Window.
