Mike, A. was sent to repair our worn-down and broken shower area. Not only was he extremely professional, but Mr. Mike went beyond the reason we called; he saw an additional problem that would grow in the near future and he refused to allow it to remain. I want to say thank you for sending such a repairman as Mike. He was absolute GREAT

Taking too long to get started. They came to get measurements 2 weeks ago. Have had to call the representative to find out what is taking so long. Hope I have not been lied to.
