Marty and Mason installed a new shower and tub ,looks beautiful . They were punctual and did everything in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company.Very happy with the results.

Customer service is horrible. Took weeks to get a call back and the last time they called I took care of what we wanted them to do. The techs were nice but had to have them out multiple time to fix issues with both showers that were replaced.

Great company. Had shower installed four years ago. Yesterday Marty came out to install a grab bar and permanent shower rod. Work was performed in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and cleaned up after install, no mess left for us to clean up. Would recommend Marty as a true professional. I would recommend Marty and Bath Fitters for any tub/shower install. Theyâ  re the best!!

Bath Fitters is very unreliable. Hired them for the bathroom shower and are having problems with leaking and mold. Keep calling them, the receptionist takes your call or transfers you to another apartment where you leave a message. No one gets back to you after numerous calls. Don't use them. Once they are gone after the job is done, you'll never get them back again.
