Make sure you get everything in writing about the materials you are getting, including the plumbing and how it is installed. The customer service I received by phone was great and ended up giving me a grab bar for free because the estimator told me my shower plumbing would be replaced all of the ways down to the bottom but it was not. That was one of the reasons I went with this company in the first place. The installer gouged my ceiling, plus he messed up the faucet and my friend had to fix it so it could even be turned on. It was pitiful. I would not use them in the future.

My experience was great. The bathroom shower was redone. Looks great. Installer was very professional. The price was $10,000.00 less than three other companies. No brainer!

Had 2 bathrooms done. One by José and done by Jason and Marty. Both bathrooms came out great, loved there work. Very professional and friendly, great to talk to. Highly recommend this company and the great people that work for them.

The installers were very nice and patient with all of my questions. They get 5 stars... I have not yet heard from any office staff via phone, regarding comments/questions I had at the completion of my install...disappointing.
