We are so happy with how our tub turned out! Adrian did an amazing job and was so professional, friendly, clean, and respectful of our home. He was easy to talk to, worked carefully, and you can tell he really cares about doing a great job.
Jakob was wonderful too! He handled the demo and did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, respectful, and made sure everything was cleaned up along the way.
Both of them were a pleasure to have in our home, and we truly appreciated how smoothly they made the whole process go. We would absolutely recommend Adrian and Jakob!

Shower Installation and Replacement
Our technician, Jose Jimenez, and his assistant, Eli came out on Monday 8/17 to replace our shower. They were done with our shower on the following Wednesday at 3pm. The work they did is outstanding, and we could not be more happy with the finished product. We would gladly recommend Shugarman's Bath for a bath/shower remodel.

Shugarmans did a great job from the sales dept to the installation. Lots of communication. We were so impressed we had our 2nd bath remodeled too. And they were just as good the 2nd time.

Shower Installation and Replacement
Nico, from Shugarman’s Bath, came today to replace the grab bars, shower head, and drain piece in our master bathroom. He also replaced the shower head and drain plug in the main bathroom due to hard water mineral build up on the fixtures that have a lifetime warranty! Nico even touched up the caulking in both bathrooms without us bringing it to his attention! He was very professional throughout the time he spent fixing up our bathrooms to make them look like new again! Thanks Nico!

Nico was polite and pleasant during the re-installation. He was knowledgeable about shower cleaning products (which I asked him about) and finished his work a little earlier than expected. Thankfully he also opened the shower window to let the chemicals’ odors dissipate.

Shower Installation and Replacement
The shower installation was great! They tore the old tiled shower out down to the studs, installed new drainage and shower piping, installed the new tile new showerhead, with our shower curtain. The whole 9 yards the installers were extremely polite and helpful on time and worked really hard. The result is better than we had anticipated an excellent overall choice I recommend them.

If you have need for a shower remodel, my recommendation is to call Shugarman’s Bath (619) 815-5884. From our initial consultation through installation completion, we have had the best customer service in all aspects. Our shower replacement was done on February 23, 2026. On our installation day, Tony and Manny clearly walked us through every step of the process and decisions to be made. Our new shower is so great. Thank you so much!! Tony, Manny, and Romero worked nonstop throughout the day with only a brief lunch break and their work quality was superb!! Thank you so much for your excellent craftsmanship, Tony, and thank you to Shugarman’s Bath for having such great employees. It is obvious that Shugarman’s Bath is an excellent employer. Two recommendations: 1. Before selecting anything else for your shower, get the non-slip floor! 2. If you get the center shower faucet plus the handheld, consider getting a switcher to have water simultaneously coming out of each spout!
