**Avoid This Company at All Costs** I am compelled to write this review to warn potential customers about the appalling experience I had with Bath Planet. This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism and deception. While the actual product they install is great, when you have issues and attempt to use your warranty and have them honor their work, you will be met with some of the most deplorable customer service you will ever experience. At least thatâ s been my experience. Since July of 2023, I have been in contact with a man by the name of Christopher Gregoryâ their supposed warranty and repairs manager. I have been given the run around for a year regarding the repair of a simple gasket on my shower that has torn. Each time I called or emailed, I was given a different excuse as to why the necessary parts to fix my shower were unavailable. The common refrain was that items were "back ordered," a transparent lie I soon realized was their standard response to stall and avoid fulfilling their obligations. Weeks turned into months, and my repeated attempts to get a straight answer or a resolution were met with indifference and outright lies. It's clear that Bath Planet has no intention of honoring their warranties, leaving customers high and dry once they have their payment. The consistent pattern of deceit, refusal to take responsibility, and the utter lack of integrity in their customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable companies that stand by their work and treat their customers with respectâ Bath Planet is sadly not one of them. In conclusion, save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Bath Planet is a terrible choice, and I regret ever trusting them with my home. Their warranty is worthless, their service is appalling, and their word means nothing. Steer clear and find a company that deserves your business.

Hey. Do not hire this company. Do not be fooled by the aggressive phone calls offering you a discount or the sales rep demo featuring make believe products and fancy terms. I paid an exorbitant amount of money for a bathroom remodel because I thought I would be getting top quality work from a business that held their contractors accountable without the usual cons and run arounds. Their contract is a couple lines and anything that they promise you that do not write out they will try to cheat you out if. Like they tried to put up a cheap spring shower rod and not replace my ptrap under the sink and so many other things I do not have the energy to write out. The contractor who was sent to my house was rude and hostile, did extremely poor work, and lied to me stating that the work was complete but I could not run it until the next day to let it dry but he would be back the next day. Turns out these people pay by the job and he needed to turn my payment check in to get some cash. He never showed up the next day so I cancelled payment and called his boss down from Richmond to see the terrible work he had done and the mess he had left. My bathtub was scratched, the caulk terrible, the bathtub spout hole cut too large so he caulked on a 20 dance Home Depot spout after breaking the Delta one I purchased and that leaked water behind my wall because the pipe fitting was not correct. He left my bathroom sink leaking and damaged my vanity. I ended up handing over the final payment to get him out of my house because I was switching jobs and because he made me feel unsafe in my home. I finished the work he left undone and hired a plumber to fix everything he messed up. Too many other things for me to spend the energy listing. Terrible company. Terrible scam that Home Advisor is hosting. Do not hire these people expecting the price means quality, they are just professional scammers.

The workmanship that was completed was excellent. Was never told about third party payment and fee for using credit card. Representative would not return calls or texts to resolve issues.

Mike Pickett the salesman was extremely informative and very personable! Ed, the man who installed everything was very hard working and also very personable. I love our new bathroom.

Work has not started yet. They were willing to work with us to give us the larger shower we wanted.
