They were absolutely wonderful. There did unbelievable work. The walls were uneven but they made everything square. The salesman, workers, & owner were wonderful. The owner & salesman stayed with the project until the end making sure everything went right.

They did a great job tearing out an old tub and replacing it with a beautiful custom shower. The gentleman who did the work was very knowledgeable and did amazing work. I highly recommend Bath Planet in Horseheads for their overall great work!

The job is being done in two parts. The vanity, lights, tolet, flooring have been completed. The job was done professionally and on time. The shower is to be installed in eight weeks. ,

Kevin and his mentee Mike were given a difficult demo of a 1930s bathtub. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, consulted with us in a collaborative way, cleaned up well, and when they were done we had a sparkling new tub and surround. Doug gave us good design advice on matching the old wall with the new one. We are very pleased with the process and the result, and highly recommend BathPlanet.

We just finished our bathroom remodel with Bath Planet and we couldn't be happier. Our project was a bit of a challenge as we needed to preserve our washer and dryer space and add a walk-in shower to our half bath. Our installers, Robert and William, were spectacular. They were all the things you could hope for from someone working in your home: communicative, on-time. stellar work ethic, and most important for our job, problem-solvers. The design team, particularly Doug, was great to work with as we solidified our vision for the space and timed out when materials would arrive to start the project. If we have the opportunity to update our second bathroom we would certainly consider Bath Planet for the job.
