Bath Planet of Atlanta

I was advised my project would be completed in one day. Now after the shower is installed, I'm told someone will call me to have the glass doors installed. So I cant use my shower until I hear from someone else & then wait for that to be completed. So not very good service there. Very inconvenient. I should have been advised of that process up front.

We had our 22 year old fiberglass shower replaced. What can I say, our shower was dull, had become hard to clean , and, the door!!!! We did not want a full bath redo, and, were not pressured to do so. The installers were great, consulted with me along each step. The final result is better than I even imagined. Wonderful job!!

My shower install is an absolute joke. Nothing but a cover up job on poor installation. Tons of caulking to hide mid cuts, etc. The wall panels are coming unglued already, the caulking is discoloring the floor pan. The floor pan does not touch the subfloor, so water leaks out from under the glass frame, the glass has defects in the glass itself. I can go on forever. Company refuses to make anything right.

Very happy with our new shower. The installers were efficient and checked with me every step to make sure I was satisfied. I am.

We had three companies come out to give us pricing to remove my mom's bathtub and putting in a walk in shower. Two of the companies tried to sell me something I did not want and became disgruntled when I would not sign paperwork to start work. Except Rob B. with Bath Planet. He sat and listened and gave us a lot of choices to pick from instead of just white or beige. He made us laugh and we all felt very comfortable when we were finished. I told him I wanted to think about the price and would let him know He left with a smile on his face and a thank you for taking the time to talk with him. The prices were in line with the other companies I had talked to but Rob made the sale in fact I had them redo the shower in the main bathroom also. The installation crew was fantastic, courteous, and clean. Gary even took the time to call on Friday night to cancel his time on Monday due to illness. OMG. I have never had any installation crew keep me so up to date. He was fantastic. My 2 showers are amazing. They have great workmanship and they are everything I had hoped they would be. This includes my frame-less glass shower wall in the main bathroom. It is beautiful. Thank you to everyone that was part of the team. You were all great and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

From start to finish the people at Bath Planet kept me informed of everything that was going on. The installation took two and a half days just as predicted. When they were done they cleaned up the mess and showed me how to work my new shower and left. The installer was very nice and courteous and made every effort to accommodate our needs.

Great company, best way to prevent leaps get in to gutters.

They didn't install gutters on one side. Was going give discount for incomplete project and didn't follow thru

Very mixed about the company. Good product Installers did what appeared to be a great job. The night of installation it rained pretty hard so I went out to see how everything was draining. I discovered there was no water draining on one end of the house while it was gushing at the other end. Called the next morning (day after install) and advised them there was a pitch problem which needed to be corrected. The response was "We'll get a service call scheduled and call you. That went on for 3 days. I advised them that I was stopping payment on their check until it was fixed. On day 5 some one came out questioning the pitch problem but finally went up on the roof and made the adjustments needed. Maybe its just me but I don't consider an installation issue in the first 24 hours a service issue that can be scheduled at Guttergloves conveniences. My second issue is with their warranty

The salesmen & installers were great.

I have submitted a detailed review about the pushy salesman, the lack of communication with different workers in the company, the lack of customer service, and the repeated attempts at quality work with multiple visits.

Here is a summary of my experience: The salesman was very pushy to attain the sale the first day he met me, even though I made it clear that would not happen. When I called him back to initiate the contract less than 24 business hours later, he had to make a new one since he tore the old estimate up, even though the paperwork said the estimate was good for 90 days. The contractors arrived on site without notification one day and since no one was aware of them being there and we were not home, proceeded to do the job and use my NEIGHBOR'S electricity outlet. When it was time to leave, they packed up and rang the bell and were in a hurry. They did not offer to do a walk-through, which I insisted on. The work in the backyard downspouts was shoddy and half done. The worker wanted to debate what my contract said vs. what someone wrote on his work order. I called both the 'Customer Service Manager' and my Salesman. No one was available and I had to leave messages. The representatives told me there was no one else that could help me and I had to await on a call back. I am still waiting on a call back. I told the worker when someone got back to me and this was sorted out, he could come back up and finish the job. He wanted to know if I was going to pay him then. I told him no and expecting me to do so with the experience so far was out of the question, he laughed in my face. I told him he was unprofessional and to leave the property without payment. Do not waste your time with this company.

The guys came out to install the product were courteous and completed the installation within 6 hrs. The installation looks good.

The sales rep was great and they were pleasant. The workmen were nice, although a few rude comments about the job were overheard and they left a mess around my porch after cleaning the gutters. But I'm fine with the actual work and the warranty.

Overall satisfied with the job. It was expensive based on other competitor quotes, but if product actually does what it claims that is okay.

Always get 3 quotes and then interview all three to get presentation! My choice based on research and good business!

Gutter glove is a little more costly than other products on the market, but the difference in quality will justify the additional expense. Installation was quick and the installers were professional. Take a look at this product before making a final decision.

Quick to bid and started work soon after. Professional and completed job vrty quickly.

This company did a great job installing the gutters as agreed. We had more soffits to repair than originally estimated. For additional nominal fee, the crew did a great job to repair all the soffits that were rotten and needed to be replaced. So I'm very satisfied with the workmanship. The lead guy were obviously experienced and completed the project in spite of few surprises.

Salesman was very pushy and promised things he did not deliver. Derrick wanted to install the next week, but we were going to be out of town. But we agreed since no one needed to be home. The were going to call to let us know what day they would install. Got home at the end of the week on Sunday, no gutters. Finally on Thursday I called for an update. They told me they came out, but since no one was home they did not install (they also didn't call to tell me they were coming out). Oh well, they set up another date. Installer came out and thought he was replacing they original gutters on the front. When we had a contract for the sides and rear of house. He also had a notice to installed the gutter guards, well we have no trees that need that and the installer agreed we didn't need them. But that was on "his" paperwork. His paperwork also stated no downspouts? I mean, gutters with no down spouts? Really? IN the end, gutters installed and they look good. But in-house communications need a lot of work.

I had a few minor problems with my install. The first installer decided he wasn't able to finish the project due to the height and somehow accidentally reported that my job was done. I had to call back to get rescheduled and the scheduler was very surprised that the job wasn't finished. The final installing group did a great job and were very nice. They didn't install all of the parts in my contract though. Upon calling to report this, I was questioned as to why I wanted those parts installed because it wasn't necessary, just cosmetic. I reminded them that it was in the written contract. Still haven't gotten this issue resolved quite yet.

The work was well done and timely.
