The project took longer than the 5-7 days we were told it would take. Communication seems to be an issue. Owner appears to make promises that he does not share with the contractors. Did not receive the shower door we chose, did not receive the vanity hardware we chose. They delivered a toilet we did not order. Delivered a soaker tub that sat in our garage for a week and then told us it was not ours, but belonged to another job. Contractors never seemed to have enough or all of the supplies needed to do the job. We were told in the beginning that there would always be 2-3 contractors here at any given time, what we had was one that showed up daily. Plumber they hired had to come out twice, first time to install the vanity plumbing, and then a return trip because both sinks had leaks he did not catch the first time. We chose this company because they said they could give us what we wanted within budget, and they would be done in 5-7 days for our size bathroom. Did stay within budget, took almost two months to complete, installed a shower door we did not choose, and installed vanity hardware that we did not choose. After two months we are over it and ready to move on. Will not use again.

We hired this company in May 2021 they were very courteous at the beginning, we went through the process of selecting all of the items that we wanted for our bathroom remodel, which begin in July. We gave them the 50% deposit that they require. We were told at the onset that the remodel for our size bathroom would take 5-7 days, that we were excited about. The contractors were friendly, but we never had the 2-3 guys here at all times as was stated when we first started this adventure. It did take a bit longer to complete as we opted to use granite for our vanity top versus the cultured marble Bath Planet carries. The initial install took 3 weeks versus 5-7 days, then another two weeks while we waited on the granite. Once the granite had been installed they sent a contractor out to do all finish up work, which was to install the shower doors, place the hardware on the vanity, secure a finishing strip to the vanity, and hook up the faucets for the sink. They ended up sending a plumber out the next day to do all plumbing work for the vanity, once complete he stated he had checked for leaks and there were none. It was a couple of hours later we checked again and found that both sinks had leaks. I promptly contacted the owner and asked that he send the plumber back out, and he said he would. I did not really expect him to be back the same day, but did expect to see him the following day. Well as I am writing this there has been no plumber, and the owner is not answering his phone or returning text messages. We were told by the owner that they never started a job until all the product was available, and it was not until after we agreed to let them start that we learned the shower door we had chosen had not even been ordered yet. The soaker tub delivered initially we were told was not ours, but belonged to another job. They ordered one of their toilets, after we told them that we were going to by the toilet separate as we wanted one like the others we had already replaced in the house. The shower door we got was not the one we chose, and the hardware on the vanity is not what was chosen. It would seem that there is a major problem with communication within this company, because when the owner called about finally installing the shower door he seemed to have no clue about all of the unfinished work that had been left by his initial set of contractors still needing to be done. We chose this company because they said they could do all we wanted within our budget, but I would not use them again.

They did everything I asked for and more. They designed it, helped me pick out my colors, pulled together my vanity and countertop. the installer was very meticulous and it took a bit longer than anticipated, but it is fantastic! He did a great job and it was worth it. Hire these people they know what they are doing!

They came to the house and listened to what I wanted and explained the process and my options. I got an estimate but couldn’t make the final commitment and was told the price was good for 30 days. When I was able to move forward with the project they were true to their word and kept the negotiated price. Looking forward to the results in a few weeks. Highly recommend Bath Planet!!
