We wanted to up grade our three bathroom shower stalls to a safer design with permanent grab bars and low step in entrances and higher ceilings and removing a full size bath tub to enlarge the shower area and eliminate stepping over the entrance of the tub. Our salesman showed us how this could be done and gave us several helpful suggestions to enhance the function and appearance of the showers. He also worked with us to find ways to reduce costs to be manageable on our Senior Retirement Budget. The work was scheduled to meet our available time , and was completed in two consecutive days. I would like to have them install one additional vertical grab bar in each shower stall but was informed that couldn't be done with the support stud locations. There was a lot of work to be done, but the two installers coordinated their efforts to efficiently manage their time so as to minimize any disruption to our home activities while doing a quality job. I would recommend this company for their workmanship, and professional customer interface and the overall value for the project.

Very professional salesman and the installer was very good. Old tub was very difficult to remove. Installer did not give up. Final work and installation looks great. Very happy with the outcome.

We were a bit nervous about having a company that so aggressively markets out for an estimate. But the salesman was so very professional and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The installers were professional but did not go over questions when they asked me to sign the tablet. The salesperson was a bit pushy. In the future, I would get a second estimate elsewhere. Called after installation and told them the floors were very concave but I was told by Steve that is for drainage. The price was much higher than I expected for the jobs (2) they were doing. We did 2 showers and I feel for the money we should have received a sink and toilet also. Upon calling back I have been given several people before I got who I needed. Not sure if I would hire them again.

We had a tub to shower conversion. the work was done in 6 hours along with some additional pipe work that needed to be completed. People were friendly and had tarps set up to ensure my house stayed clean. Incredible job!
