    Nick Anton &ltnickanton4795@gmail.com Wed, Dec 7, 1:11 PM (7 days ago) to info, me Dear Anzzi, On November 18 I gave Bathstoneshower a deposit of $5,250 to begin the order process for a left drain Anzzi fully loaded walk-in tub. Bob the owner told me we should have it installed around December 4 or before Christmas. Bob also gave me two pages of 5-star ratings for his company. On November 28 I called Bob 3 times as he has an answering machine only. After reviewing their website I noticed only Walk in shower conversions. So I wanted at least 3 walk-in tub references. I also wanted to make sure he had a licensed electrician on board and was not subcontracting the electrician. This raised the liability insurance issue with me. Bob questioned why I am doing due diligence after I gave him a deposit for a non cancellable tub? Bob also told me the tub will not even be shipped until December 29. Surprise!! Please note I am a seasoned CEO with fortune 100 and 500 companies. I always do due diligence on any transaction that is considered a sizable investment. All this really tripped Bob pissed off trigger. He sent me a text saying he will not do business with me. Now it is December 14 and Bob still has not refunded my deposit of $5,250. Now I have absolutely no trust in Bob to do work on our high end lake home. Can you help me get this resolved? I really do not want to start a social media blitz. Thank you. Nick Antonecchia. Anzzi tub replied Bathstoneshower is not an authorized walk in tub installer. They are just a plumber selling you a tub!! Bob said he will get stuck with the tub. Anzzi replied Bob never ordered the tub!! $5,250 deposit not returned now December 15!!

    Nick - After signing a contract for a custom walk-in tub, I gave you a list of 50 references to call. During our meeting, I stated that Bath Stone installs walk-in showers and walk-in tubs. After 3 weeks, you decided to call some of my references, and all of them gave Bath Stone an excellent review. You then called me extremely angry due to the fact that these were walk-in shower customers of Bath Stone and not walk-in tub customers. You also wanted to cancel your order. So why did it take you 3 weeks to call my references? How many contractors give you 50 references? I did send your deposit back, but now you are upset and writing a nasty review because I had to charge you a restocking fee. It seems to me that you found another contractor who was less expensive and tried to come up with an excuse.

    From the first sit down to get a quote to the end project weâ ve been happy and impressed with Bob, project manager Steve and Pete. Bob came in with the best quote, brought samples, was honest and up front. Never got a weird â salesmanâ vibe. Steve and Pete just wrapped up our bathroom project. They were promptly here at 9 am and did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional. Top quality product and job!! They were even great with our dogs! Will DEFINITELY be using them with our master bath redo down the road!

    Bob and his team are amazing to work with. We needed a complete bathroom demolition and installation for our 1950s home. Professionals Steven and Peter worked diligently every day for a week and got our project done. They are personable and clean up after each day's work! Additionally, when I reached out to Bob for some touch-ups following the job, they responded immediately. We are very happy to have worked with Bath Stone!

    Bob and team did a great job with replacing the tiles in my walk in shower. Apparently it was a difficult shower to take out because of the way it was built. It is also a coved shower which made it more complicated. It turned out great, they did not destroy anything and did not make mess. I highly recommend their services.
